Van Oord started a proof of concept to develop a Document Management System for their projects. Allowing Document Controllers to structure newly received documents, from clients/sub-contractors via e-mail, and collaborate with the project members.

During this project, I was responsible for:

• developing PnP templates
• developing PnP extensibility provider to provision customization
• developing a “matching tool” for Document Controllers to ease up the process of placing newly received documents
